Experimental and computational method application to structural biology and molecular biophysics topics with a focus on atomic-level interactions. Methods include NMR spectroscopy, X-ray crystallography, molecular dynamics simulations, docking, etc. (meeting are two hours long)
The group will focus on topics concerning and related to neuroscience. This may include diseases, physiology, pathology, genetics, imaging, electrophysiology, etc. Even if your research is not in neuroscience you are welcome to join! :)
Presentations will be given on topics related to biological imaging (all scales), spectroscopy, AFM, etc.. Meetings (tentative): 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, and the last meeting will be decided by poll (TMRF, Room #140, 1-2 p.m.).
